Our support for US customers is based in Brighton UK, just a stones throw from the seafront and overlooking the famous Palace Pier. Our offices are generally open between 10:00 – 17:30 (GMT) but on occasions we do run off to the beach! (we only live once after all!) We will endeavour to reply to support requests as quickly as possible.
