By ordering direct from StreamZ Global Limited (via www.streamz-global.com) you herby agree to the following terms of sale for the supply of online products are set out below to the exclusion of all other conditions. No terms, conditions, representations, or warranties stipulated referred to or incorporated by any buyer during negotiations or in his order or otherwise shall override any such terms, conditions, representations, or warranties unless otherwise expressly agreed in writing by a Director of StreamZ Global Ltd. Your purchase is with StreamZ Global Limited registered in the United Kingdom and follows UK legislation.
By placing an order on www.streamz-global.com/ the email address used will be added to a mailing list which occasionally is used to update our customers on latest news and promotions. If you wish to opt out there will be the ability to do so at the bottom of the email.
No representation or warranty is made as to the fitness of goods for the purpose for which they are intended, or for any particular purpose. Statistics and data shown on this platform is collated by StreamZ Global and contain anecdotal evidence; StreamZ does not claim to be a cure, or to be used as a replacement to prescribed medications or treatments. StreamZ Global do not guarantee that results will be found across every subject. Although a Class 1 registered medical device StreamZ technology is now also clinically supported to help with ‘tarsal joint mobility’ on horses following independent doubled-blind studies that were carried out by a leading UK University and are available on StreamZ endorsement page. Peer reviews were not carried out on these studies and as such StreamZ do not claim the technology is “clinically Proven”. Further studies with multiple independant organisations continue across the equine and canine product range. As such, StreamZ represents a product within the ‘alternative health market’.

1. PHYSICAL ACTIVITY NOTICE
Products manufactured by StreamZ Global Ltd. may include features that promote physical activity. Consider the risks involved and consult with your medical professional before engaging in any physical activity. StreamZ is not responsible or liable for any injuries or damages you may sustain that result from your use of, or inability to use, StreamZ technology. The buyer must consider all health warnings which apply to each product and are listed on the product packaging. This includes animals or humans with a heart condition or are fitted with a pacemaker.
Every effort will be made to ensure sound material and good workmanship. StreamZ Global Ltd. undertakes or remedy with reasonable despatch any original defects which are accepted by them as arising from faulty material or workmanship in any goods which under proper and normal conditions of use develop within three calendar months from the date of despatch provided that immediate notice of such defects is given in writing to StreamZ Global Ltd and the goods are returned to them carriage paid within such period of three calendar months. In no circumstances shall StreamZ Global be liable for special or consequential damages to the Purchaser or any third party for loss or damage other than is in this Condition provided. The velcro within the band is suitable for use when wet and can be washed in a washing machine on a cold setting. Damage caused to the bands through a lack of care will not incur any such warranty. The sleeves/outer casing on all StreamZ products are handmade and may feature inconsistencies in their manufacturing; all products are passed through a quality control process yet on occasions so may ‘slip the net’. Prices are shown in the local currency, selected at the top of each StreamZ Global website page. Prices are inclusive of VAT and excluding any local duty or import taxes. Customers telephone numbers are collected to assist local customs officers collecting any applicable taxes. Please note that geo-location software is deployed on the StreamZ website. Tax is issued on purchases within the EU unless the customer is able to disclose their EU VAT number at the time of purchase; this is only available to trade customers. All zero rate VAT invoices will display the EU VAT number and will require fully tracked deliveries.
The purchaser may incur additional import duties and custom charges levied by local customs against orders dispatched to addresses outside The United Kingdom. These are levied at the port of ingress on a consignment-by-consignment basis and we cannot predict if they will be charged or influence if and how they may be levied.
5. DELIVERY SERVICE
Any promise of delivery on a certain date or within a certain period is given in good faith but StreamZ Global Ltd has no liability whatsoever in respect of any failure to deliver on such date or within such period. This contract shall not be subject to cancellation nor shall StreamZ Global Ltd be under any liability for delay in delivery due to force majeure civil or military disturbance or war insurrection failure of or delay in transportation default of a supplier or sub-contractor to StreamZ Global Ltd or due to any cause beyond their control. In the event of any such delay the specified delivery date shall be extended by a reasonable length of time measured according to the length of delay. Shipments can sometimes be delayed if customers use a PO box service, as we require a signature upon receipt. Deliveries are sent on weekdays only (Monday to Friday) and not at the weekend. Various delivery options are available depending on the recipients location.
5.1 UK DELIVERIES
StreamZ Global Ltd has partnered with Royal Mail, DPD and UPS to offer UK mainland coverage for all deliveries of the StreamZ Global Ltd product range. Canadian orders are sent using Canada Post and all orders within Australia and New Zealand are send via Australia post. An SMS update service is in place for UK NEXT DAY deliveries made by DPD only.
Streamz do not employ their own staff to deliver items and once deliveries have left the StreamZ warehouse the responsibility of delivery is passed to the courier. If you have any questions or issues relating to deliveries contact email@example.com. Tracking numbers for deliveries will be sent to the customer when the item has left StreamZ warehouse.
Orders placed in the UK after 17.00 (5pm) GMT will not be processed until the next working day (Monday – Friday, excluding bank holidays). Next day deliveries are processed between Monday-Friday only and will be delivered the next working day between the hours of 9am and 5:30pm. Saturday delivery option is available for orders placed on Fridays only. All delivery charges depend on the delivery option selected and are clearly shown on the checkout page. All deliveries require a signature present at the delivery address, failure to do so will result in the delivery being delayed. In most cases a second attempt will be made, then a card left at the address required for collection. In some cases an SMS text message will be sent on the morning of the delivery offering you the ability to alter the delivery period to suit you (by DPD direct).
StreamZ Global has partnered with ILG Distribution to offer UK mainland coverage for all deliveries of the StreamZ Global product range. Orders placed after 17.00 will not be processed until the next working day (Monday – Friday, excluding bank holidays). Delivery charges depend on the delivery option selected. All deliveries require a signature present at the delivery address, failure to do so may result in the delivery being delayed. Parcels cannot not be ‘left with a neighbour’ or ‘left in a porch’. Once a tracking number is allocated delivery of that consignment and its delivery terms are passed to the courier company; tracking details and updates are between the consignee and the courier. Tracked consignments are subject to the terms set by the individual courier. Delays to tracked consignments should be communicated direct to the courier; and are available within 3 calendar months of the shipment date.
Any delivery attempted by the courier which is then returned to StreamZ global will generate a refund against the job and require the customer to reorder if they still require the item.
5.1.1 UK Options available are:

Deliveries will be made via Royal Mail (all standard deliveries) or via DPD Logistics (for next day or ‘special delivery’ options). All deliveries require a signature upon receipt and cannot be “left in a porch”. If a signature is unavailable upon delivery it is likely that the courier will retain the item and follow their own delivery process; this is out of Streamz control and requires communication between you and the courier. All clients are sent shipping/tracking details by Streamz system; this will enable each customer to track and trace their own order with either DPD or Royal Mail. Royal Mail can take up to 48 hours to update any details on their site; until this time we are unable to advise and ‘tracking’ may not be available in this time period. Any issues relating to deliveries should be emailed to our support team at firstname.lastname@example.org.
If you wish to cancel your order for any reason, refunds will be issued upon successful receipt of the returned item and not before. We advise clients to reject the delivery rather than avoiding the courier. Rejecting the delivery will create a return timescale of around 5 working days, not rejecting the delivery can take up to 20 working days.
5.1.2 NEXT DAY SERVICE is not available to Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland, UK Islands, Channel Islands and the Isle-of-Wight (2-3 day service). Orders placed using ‘next day’ will be processed on our system as a ‘next day delivery’ but may take up to 48 hours to arrive; StreamZ cannot be held responsible if the user processes an order to a location outside of the ‘next day’ catchment zone. The customer is expected to understand if their address is outside the ‘catchment zone’ and no refunds will be issued.
5.2 INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES
StreamZ Global Ltd. currently operate from the United Kingdom, Australia, and Canada. Purchases made to these destinations are shipped locally where possible and will not incur import taxes. Various delivery options are available at the checkout stage of the online purchase.
International deliveries will be processed using a courier service and require a signature on delivery. Deliveries will be made on working days only, and exclude local bank holidays.
A handling time of 24 hours is applicable to international orders; we will strive to process the order on the same day as the order is received but in some circumstances this may not be possible.
Any items placed when in ‘back order’ status will be shipped upon re-stocking in that local region. Further standard terms for deliveries (as shown in point 5 above) apply.
All deliveries require a signature present at the delivery address, failure to do so may result in the delivery being delayed. Parcels cannot not be ‘left with a neighbour’ or ‘left in a porch’. Once a tracking number is allocated delivery of that consignment and its delivery terms are passed to the courier company; tracking details and updates are between the consignee and the courier. Shipments are made as FOB, freight on board, which means that duty has not been paid and is direct between the consignee and the courier company/local customs office. Delays to tracked consignments should be communicated direct to the courier; and are available within 3 calendar months of the shipment date. Purchases made to USA are shipped from the UK and may incur applicable taxes and charges. The ‘cut off’ time for all USA orders is 5pm (GMT) as all orders are processed from within the UK. Various delivery options are available at the checkout stage. Local currencies apply.
Purchases made within Canada will be shipped from Canada. The final ‘cut-off’ time for StreamZ to process inbound orders from Canada is 3pm (local time). Orders placed after this time may be processed the following day and sent using the selected delivery method on that working day. Various delivery options are available at the checkout stage and are processed under ‘best intentions’. Local currencies apply. Deliveries to Ontario and the Eastern provinces can sometimes take up to 6-10 days. Shipping charges have been applied to all Canadian orders including more remote locations.
5.2.3 AUSTRALIA and NEW ZEALAND
Purchases made within Australia and New Zealand will be shipped from Australia. The final ‘cut-off’ time for StreamZ to process inbound orders from Australia is 2pm (local time). Orders placed after 2pm (local time) may be processed the following day and sent using the selected delivery method on that working day. Various delivery options are available at the checkout stage. Local currencies apply.
No representation or warranty is made as to the fitness of goods for the purpose for which they are intended or for any particular purpose. Return on defected items once in use and not relating to delivery damage is at the full discretion of StreamZ Global Ltd. Damage to the material is not included under standard warranty once used, including ‘chewed’ or ‘lost’ bands.
The warranty period from purchase date is 12 calendar months. Warranty is not offered on the ‘stickiness’ of the fastener but if you do have any issues or queries relating to this please contact our support team.
Warranty is only provided by proof-of-purchase (receipt via StreamZ, Paypal or Worldpay) and direct with StreamZ Global Limited, or via one of our authorised retailers as listed on our partners page on our website – www.streamz-global.com/partners. This excludes any purchases made via unauthorised channels such as eBay or similar auction sites. Except as otherwise provided in these conditions all terms conditions and warranties express or implied statutory common law or otherwise are hereby excluded.
No warranty of the condition of material and aesthetic use is offered, yet our support team are here to help if you experience any issues.
Replacement sleeves are available as warranty replacements only and only available from StreamZ. Proof of original purchase is strictly required to avoid counterfeit products being seen on the market. Any discovered counterfeits will be dealt with immediately by reporting the item or known supplier to trading standards, or the Police.
7. RETURN POLICY
Where goods are dispatched by carrier, notification of damage to packaging must be made in writing to StreamZ Global Limited. within 24 (twenty-four) hours of receipt. In the event of non-delivery of any goods notification must be made to StreamZ Global Limited. in writing with 24 (twenty-four) hours of receipt of delivery. Unless the above instructions are followed StreamZ Global Limited. shall not incur any liability to any persons or loss of or damage to the goods. Refunds and/or cancellations are not available once payment has been processed unless the item is defected or is returned under specific countries regulations. A returns process is in place for any defected items. No returns process is in place on used items, unless the items is damaged or broken due to a result of a defect in the manufacturing process.
A replacement service is in place for any defected issues that may occur within 12 months of purchase; this includes issues relating to the aesthetics of the product but excludes any return requests based on the purpose for which they are intended, or heavily worn products. Return on defected items once in use and not relating to delivery damage is at the full discretion of StreamZ Global Limited. Returns on damaged items due to general ‘wear-and-tear’ will not be accepted, this includes failure of the velcro used in the bands if deemed not via defect. StreamZ Global Limited are able to establish whether the bands have been regularly cared for and if deemed that the bands have not been cared for then no warranty terms will be granted. Please take special note of the ‘care of item’ instructions listed below. Please be aware that as with any product used outside general care and maintenance is required on the product to retain warranty replacements.
8. RETURN PROCESS (Refund for unwanted goods)
The Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 allows UK online buyers to request refunds the moment they place the order and ends 14 days from the day the goods are received and items must be returned in the condition they were received, new. This excludes international purchases made outside of the European Union where no return process is in place.
The following return procedure applies:
1) Contact StreamZ support at firstname.lastname@example.org with copy of your StreamZ order number/reference. Explain the reason for your return.
2) Streamz support team will provide you a returns number if they request the item to be returned. The support team may request pictures instead of asking you to return the items.
3) Send the goods back to StreamZ ensuring it is properly packed and sent via tracked delivery; goods remain the property of the buyer until received by StreamZ and must be returned in the same condition as received. Prepaid envelopes or returns labels are not provided by Streamz.
4) A refund of monies will be carried out by StreamZ accounts department within 5 days of receipt, and refund completed via the method purchased. No return process is available on items purchased outside of our authorised channels or used.
9. WARRANTY RETURN PROCESS (Refund of faulty or defect items, within 12 calendar months)
Damage to the material is not included under standard warranty once used, including ‘chewed’ or ‘lost’ bands.
The warranty period from purchase date is 12 calendar months. Warranty is not offered on the ‘stickiness’ of the fastener but if you do have any issues or queries relating to this please contact our support team. Additional or replacement sleeves are no longer available as a resale item; this is on advice of trading standards to avoid counterfeits.
The following WARRANTY DEFECT RETURN procedure applies:
1) Contact StreamZ support at email@example.com with copy of your StreamZ order number/reference. Explain the reason for your return. Proof of purchase must be provided, as with any retailer either in store or online. Streamz support team are unable to assist without proof of purchase.
2) Streamz support team will provide a returns number if they request the item to be returned. The support team may request pictures instead of asking you to return the items.
3) Send the goods back to StreamZ (if requested) ensuring the items are properly packed and sent via tracked delivery; goods remain the property of the buyer until received by Streamz and must be returned in the same condition as received. Prepaid envelopes or returns labels are not provided by Streamz.
4) A refund will be carried out by StreamZ accounts within 5 days of receipt, via the method purchased. Photographs may be requested by StreamZ Global Limited to avoid a physical return of defected goods. StreamZ Global Limited support team will review the request within 48 hours. No return process is available on items purchased outside of our authorised channels or used.
10. CARE OF ITEM
IT IS ADVISED NOT TO USE STREAMZ IN CONJUNCTION WITH TRADITIONAL MAGNETS. Traditional magnets create a pulse which can damage StreamZ energy field if placed too close to StreamZ. If you feel that this may have happened then contact StreamZ support team immediately. (firstname.lastname@example.org)
StreamZ advertise the bands as “24/7 use”. This refers to the technology being able to be worn all day, every day. The material has a life span as with any aesthetic product such as shoes or clothing; it requires care and attention to last 12 months or more. StreamZ are unable to replace any bands that are not carefully maintained. The StreamZ material, wrapped in its own silicon sleeve, should be removed from its pocket prior to washing from the unstitched seam at one end of the neoprene webbing. We advise washing the product every 30 days or so; depending on the ground conditions. The StreamZ material inside consists of a secret mix of silicones and various compounds. Care and attention when removing and fitting the band is advised. Make sure nothing is between the band and the skin. StreamZ offer a warranty on all products relating to defects only and not relating to ongoing care of the materials used.
10.1 EQU StreamZ Maintenance: StreamZ advertise the EQU bands as “24/7 use”. This refers to the technology being able to be worn all day every day, and particularly when the horse is ‘in recovery’. This does not stipulate that bands can be worn 24/7 in all weather conditions, particularly in the wetter months of the year. Common sense is required as to when the horses can and cannot wear the bands, as with any tack used on horses through turnout. We advise when being used on sensitive skinned horses that the horse wears them for the first 24 hours under supervision and when turned in only. The EQU bands are developed to be used as an aid for recovery and not to be used in active work (there is slight movement under the fetlock joint). The EQU bands should be completely removed or worn above the fetlock in soft ground conditions, further still if the ground is soft enough to allow the bands to be submerged then the bands should be removed and only used when turned in. The UK is very wet so it is advised to remove them in the winter and wetter months of the year. A good solution if you do require you horse to wear the bands in wetter conditions is to use a few layers of vet wrap over the top of the bands. No warranty is offered on any bands used, lost, or even chewed in turnout. We understand the frustration if your horse does decide to ‘chew’ the bands yet StreamZ will not be held responsible for this, as we hope you appreciate. Our team are well experienced in recognising when this is the case and although they can provide advice they will not be able to replace one complete band under warranty.
10.2 DOG StreamZ Maintenance: StreamZ advertise the DOG bands as “24/7 use”. This refers to the technology being able to be worn all day every day, and particularly when the dog is ‘in recovery’. It is advised that any working dog removes the collar before work. Hair does get stuck within the velcro; so regular cleaning of the velcro is required. Larger dogs who ‘pull on their lead’ should not use the d-ring attachment.
10.3 Fastening maintenance. StreamZ not longer use authentic Velcro® material, but an alternative product called Hook and Loop, herein referred to as velcro or ‘fastener’. This material requires a level of care and maintenance and cannot be left unattended without its performance being effected. The tabs and tongue of StreamZ help keep StreamZ in place; keeping this velcro clean and free from hair/fluff/mud (etc) is vital. A tip is to use a knit comb or brush to clean the Velcro. Warranty is not offered against the failure of the fastening, however, our team are available on email@example.com if you have any issues or concerns.

StreamZ Global Limited SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING FOR ANY LOST PROFITS OR LOST DATA, THAT RESULT FROM THE USE OF, OR THE INABILITY TO USE, THIS PLATFORM OR THE PERFORMANCE OF THE PRODUCTS PURCHASED THROUGH THE PLATFORM OR THE CONDUCT OF OTHER PLATFORM USERS (WHETHER ONLINE OR OFFLINE) EVEN IF StreamZ Global Limited HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
